1. A scanned copy of an application letter.
2. A scanned copy of the applicant’s citizenship certificate or passport.
Domain request for Company or Organization
1. A scanned copy of an application letter written in the company/organization’s letter-head pad, stamped and signed by an authorized officer.
2. A scanned copy of the company/organization registration certificate issued by Office of the Company Registrar, Nepal.
3. A scanned copy to verify that annual tax of the company is being maintained.
Please note that only JPG or PNG extensions are acc epted for uploading.
Your domain will be activated within three working days. Your request for this domain will be rejected if you have not submitted all the necessary documents as stated above in this email. Once a request is rejected, you will have reapply for the same domain or a new domain.
